  Provide frontline support by resolving customers' problems and issues trough technical expertise and troubleshootingall around the country.Use of critical thinking to resolve issues within defined procedures and practicies to determine appropiate action torapidly repair instrumentation.Installation and validation of new equipments, followed by training of customers on site.Using different measurement devices for periodical maintenance or validations, such as stopwatch, thermometer,flow-meter, pressure sensors, particle counter, tachometer, multimeter, dynamometer and so on.In addition to general laboratory equipment such as balances, thermal balances, ph-meters,microscopes, ovens,freezers, ultra freezers, magnetic stirrers, mono and bi distillers, ultrapure water equipment, climate chambers,chemical nieche, ultrasonic baths, micropipettes, autoclaves, biological safety cabinets etc. I also worked onequipments specialized in different fields:-Anatomical pathology line from Thermo Scientific: microtomes, cryotomes, tissue processing and embedding,staining and coverslipping also labeling and tracking equipments for which I provided training, periodicalmaintenance and repairing/troubleshooting.-Liquid cromatography line from Waters (HPLC and newer UPLC models including detectors such as TUV, RI,PDA, including operating of Empower sofware) for whichprovide installation, training, maintenance, repairing/troubleshooting, develpoment of instrument andprocessing methods for different applications and also validation of instruments.-Automated chemistry analyzers from Skalar: TOC-TN analyzers, Robotic PH and codutivity analyzers, Continousflow analyzers (SAN++) for which I provided installation, training, method development, calibration,maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing.-Thermal conductivity line from TA Instruments: Fox equipments for which I provided installation,training,calibration and periodical maintenance.
