      I work in the Metals room at my Environmental Laboratory and run the 1311, 3015A, and 3051A EPA methods.       I did telemarketing, tours of the school and helping people with their account information for the school. It was a great way to gain experience working with people and helping them which will be a large part of my job someday. Tours were very fun and I made sure to crack lots of jokes so people had a great time:)
