The site consists of three resin reactors and a formaldehyde plant, operating on a 24/7 basis. ⦁ Managing the Maintenance Dept ( 5 tradesmen) to ensure emergency response planning and implementation occurs. Using the computerised SAP maintenance system to ensure predictive and preventative maintenance programs are met onsite. Ensuring the reliability and quality of the equipment improves. ⦁ Ensuring capital programs are implemented and monitored to Hexion Standards. Managing and programming costs to project completion. ⦁ Controlling maintenance and capital budgets for each plant through the use of the CCMS system SAP, and developing new projected maintenance budgets as required. ⦁ Facilitate good governance and awareness of a Major Hazard Facility, OH&S , Australian Standards and other regulatory compliances ⦁ Preparing equipment and issuing Safe Work clearances and permits (confined space,fall protection, hot work, lift studies,etcs) for maintenance activities. Using JSERA's, Serious Incident Factors, Safety Concerns to have work completed.
