Gabriel is a source of trust. While this should be enough, I must say he is one of the best QA professionals I had the pleasure to work with closely. He has a caring and humble personality, inspires trust amongst everyone around him. While at FunPlus, Gabriel drove many initiatives that went beyond the usual QA duties, creating processes, facilitating our teams' retrospectives, making sure everyone felt heard and comfortable to share our thoughts. He has a keen eye for what feels right, always sharing great insights from different perspectives that really raised the quality of our projects. A fantastic talent and person I'd enjoy working with again!

Wonders like Gabriel aren’t easy to come by in the industry. It's been my second time working together in a different company, and throughout these 2 last years working at FunPlus Gabriel has once again become an irreplaceable force that keeps things moving. He has unquestionable professional integrity, delivering to his commitments with great sense of care and responsibility, while being mature and realistic. In his role, Gabriel has been responsible for working with multiple development teams: helping them reach a higher quality bar with their day to day tasks, planning and executing all QA-related activities, and helping teams with their processes. He’s also been happy to help with many studio issues: from leading meetings, to planning studio’s QA outsourcing strategy, to taking on a huge challenge leading one the tech teams. He’s not afraid of tackling issues outside of his comfort zone, taking personal initiative in learning new things, not hesitating to ask for support when needed. Gabriel’s the kind of person that just loves to help people around him and this attitude inspires others, bringing teams closer together. Being a very caring, friendly, and humble personality Gabriel has a great pulse of people he works with. I’ve always seen him being much more than the his official role in the studio, doing sweet the extra bits, making sure everyone around him feels comfortable, productive, understood, and having a sense of belonging. He’s been that friend his teammates needed, on top of his stellar work, which made it very easy to work with him, and someone that I’ll dearly miss. I’d absolutely love working with Gabriel in the future, and I know any team will be over the moon having him.
