Responsible for leading and managing the pan organisational commercial development and commercial product portfolios, marketing, business development, trusts, foundations, and scholarships teams. A key priority was to continue the growth of LAMDA Exams and through implementing targeted activity and building core relations both in the UK and internationally with core focus on China and Southeast Asia, we achieved a 46% growth in China, 50% in Hong Kong and 33% in Singapore, alongside securing three new territories. Overall international customer base grew by 18% in less than a year. To support customer retention we led a programme of online consultation with key stakeholders in the UK and Internationally to ensure smooth transition to online exam assessments.I also oversaw the expansion of LAMDA’s short course portfolio with the implementation of online and offline courses expanding revenue potential.Give the pandemic, we transitioned LAMDA’s North American lecture series to a virtual programme which reached 17 universities and over 530 students and led to a formal partnership with Fordham University for Semester programmes. This was a core market for LAMDA. In line with LAMDA's changing organisational strategy, we initiated and imbedded a new scholarships and bursaries strategy to underpin LAMDA’s strategic priorities, leading to creation of new scholarships supporters. To underpin the new wider organisational strategy, we built key relationships with organisations that could support innovation in the drama school, through experiential work with technology advancements, these included Brompton Tech, UKTV, Garden Studios and Imperial College London incubator hub.
