  In my capacity as a coach I had responsibility for groups of children from the ages of 2 to 12 in groups numbering up to 12. My speciality was in the 2-5 year-old age group but I coached all ages at various points.As well as being accountable for the children’s safety and wellbeing, the job involved interaction with parents, explaining the ethos and structure of the camps to ensure the company maintained a positive, trustworthy and friendly image.Careful attention was always paid to potential issues, and these were dealt with or avoided as efficiently and transparently as possible in order to keep existing customers while gaining a reputation which attracted more potential clients.
