I have worked closely with George as his supervisor and have found him extremely competent and enjoyable to work with. In summary, he is very bright, innovative, fast learner and a great team player showing an attitude beyond his years. George’s interpersonal skills and emphasis on efficiency has helped him to exceed KPIs and contribute to record revenue in July 2016. I am very excited to see what he will do next and I am confident that his next line manager will feel as lucky and proud as I do.

At Tysers I was placed in the US Property & Casualty team. I spent time shadowing the brokers in Lloyds, attending meetings with various underwriters and data entry on excel. I also spent a day with Auto & Transportation and Political Violence & Terrorisms. My time at Tysers was very informative and helped me develop my knowledge of the role of a broker and now have seen both sides of the Lloyds market.
