These beneficial enactment aims should measure up with academic standards, career-based, and behavior growth. Also, it's crucial to extend the students' enthusiasm to develop an accurate analogy through equitable counseling services. (CLCF) strives to place K-12 students on an upward curve being comfortable within themselves. Along with gaining the learning tools, they need to identify, adapt, encourage and create, their life efforts to be international goal-setters that compete far above their competitors. All while reshaping students' strategies to promote life-long skills' social-emotional well-being by reskilling and up-skilling, guaranteeing each student gets the support needed to navigate so that students can transverse now and beyond. In comparison, enlightening student abilities with limited opportunities. Moreover, students who attend (CLCF) will incorporate an advanced element of research-based growth principles to factor in the best practices educating all groups with modern technics by adding diverse, inclusive unique values to students enhancements, especially those at risk with ties to underdeveloped communities. Through Right at Schools for the Bethel School District I worked as a Program Manager a before and after school K-6 program, furthermore; supervised the official capactity as an educational teacher with team of associates, enrichment specialist, also deliveried and engaged Early Learning Childhood Development curriculums. I managed the staff, had a strong relationship with parents and school administrators. At Right at Schools, I managed orders and supplies that enhanced the curriculum — developed program materials, supported homework completion, and documented attendance. I met with the area manager and took down the collected data. I inspired a love of learning and enhanced the abilities of children to learn in a disguised way; through fitness activities and guided play. I provided a meaningful and fun classroom and learning incentive and gained a lot of management experience. Show less
