I am the file handler and investigate claims related to automobile crashes. I am responsible for determining fault allocation, and coordinating estimates and repairs of vehicles. I review, evaluate and settle bodily injury claims. Coordinate the repair and rental process, and refer claims for subrogation.

As a detective I work a variety of cases and was selected as Officer of the Year. During my tenor as a detective, I also worked a major fraud case that involved several jurisdictions and multiple victims. The case resulted in over 100 charges being brought and restitution being ordered for the victims. I also filled in and supervised the investigative unit when the supervisor was off duty.
