      From 2005 until 2010, I served as Chief Engineer for the NLOS-T missile/UAV concept demonstration effort, culminating in a successful flight test at China Lake NAWC. I oversaw and was responsible for all technical areas of the program and had specific management responsibilities for the mechanical and propulsion groups as well as flight test coordination. I conducted design reviews, checked and verified analysis, and assisted in design, modeling, fabrication, and assembly efforts. Additionally, I managed our in-house machine shop activities. I interfaced regularly with test ranges and facilities to plan, schedule, and implement our test programs including dynamic tests, wind tunnel tests, and flight tests. I maintained Group II explosives handling certification and conduct pre-test visitor safety briefings. Prior to my Chief Engineer position, I served as the Director of the Propulsion and Structures group for the Research and Engineering division. In that role I managed a group of engineers, designers, and technicians in support of the AMRDEC Propulsion and Structures Directorate.
