Directed all aspects of a thriving tennis program. Yearly tennis instruction revenues of $800k. Managed a staff of over 20 full and part time employees, including 10 full-time tennis professionals. League programs included 15 TCD ladies and love-50 teams with 175 participants each season. Fielded 8-10 USTA men's and ladies teams yearly. Provided full team clinics for all teams, including pre-match warm-ups. Junior program has 80-100 participants monthly ranging from 5 year old beginners to high school champions and USTA nationally ranked players. Fielded 12 JTT teams across a range of age and ability levels with many qualifying for state championships. Worked closely with Men's and Ladies' tennis associations to create and execute yearly calendar of 30 competitive and social events. Monthly recurring events such as Mixed Doubles social events and Men's Doubles and Pizza nights. Yearly Pro-Am tournament featuring 24 professionals from throughout Texas paired with members. Planned, oversaw and completed major $900k renovation of entire tennis facility. Twelve outdoor hard courts resurfaced and re-fenced. One clay court converted to hard court/sport court. New 78' tennis observation deck, new walkways and new landscaping. Complete down-to-the-studs remodel of tennis pro shop, lounge, locker rooms and offices by Tom Houch Designs.
