This role involves conducting External Validation on existing roles and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) on new capabilities.I have conducted Role Analysis and created Role Performance Statements (RPS) and Formal Training Statements (FTS) for between 10 and 15 roles.I have completed the full suite of DSAT courses including TNA, Training Design, Validation and Audit.

Promoted to Warrant Officer Class 2 and began a new post as the analyst for Counter-Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) roles and capabilities.

Co-ordinated training, organised and accounted for equipment, stores, transport, ammunition and accommodation in preparation for each course. Instructed using classroom based theory, Computer Based Training (CBT), and assessed and validated this in field environments. I managed, controlled and synchronized training exercises involving up to 300 personnel and up to 30 armoured vehicles.I became the divisional lead on the use of blended learning.Conducted de-brief's and After Action Reviews in order for potential commander to identify their weaknesses and strengths. I used SWOT analysis and other techniques in order to help build on students confidence and improve their new skills.

Main Battle Tank (MBT) Troop Sergeant

Managed and supervised my own 16 person troop in the maintenance and servicing of up to 6 Main Battle Tanks. I ensured the productivity and morale of the Troop was maintained at a high level.I mentored junior members of the troop and created a high-performance team.I was giventhe role of Squadron Range Gunnery Senior NCO (due to my schools instructor background). Ensuring all 16 tanks within the squadron passed their Annual Crew Tests (ACT) during live firing range packages. This led to running range packages for the entire Regiment in readiness for exercises and operations abroad.

Taught individuals how to operate or plan, conduct and supervise all aspects of Armoured Fighting Vehicle (AFV) Gunnery. Developed the strengths and instructional capabilities of students.Taught coaching skills and methods to students and acted as the Assistant Instructor Gunnery (AIG) to field army units.I was selected to teach on the schools cadre for potential schools gunnery instructors.

Junior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO)/Troop Corporal/Tank Commander.

Promoted to Lance Corporal in May 2007 and Corporal in 2009. I was a supervisor of maintenance and servicing tasks of vehicle weapon systems and vehicle engine and tracks. I became a competent driver and maintainer, gunner of the Main Battle Tank, to become an experienced and reliable loader/operator.I eventually reached the armoured corps pinnacle by becoming a Tank Commander in 2010. This gave me responsibility for the three crew members, and the running, safety and employment of a 2 million pound vehicle.

Challenger 2 MBT Driver

• May 2000 - Jun 2005

Completed my Driver and Maintenance course to become a Tank Driver. This stepping stone aloud me to join the King's Royal Hussars the following month in Tidworth to begin my career in the Royal Armoured Corps.Between 2000 and 2005 i acted as a driver and maintainer of all mechanical systems. I also became a gunner, which allowed me access to turret systems, conducting maintenance, servicing, and live firing of the main armament on tank ranges.
