Promptly acquiring the practical skills needed to replace, maintain and service allboat systems, specifically plumbing, engineering and electrics.

Managing the catering and domestic arrangements for staffand guests including provisioning, food hygiene and providing breakfast, three course lunches and suppers on a daily basis.
