Lead geologists over 3 fields (Banzala, N'Sano, and Wamba) in West Africa offshore Angola Block 0. Completed two successful drilling campaigns totaling 4 multi-lateral sinusoidal wells, one fishbone well, and one business critical gas supply well. In addition to new drills, well maturation efforts have led to 3 MRWO opportunities at N'Sano, and identification of two unproduced reservoirs in nearby fields. Organized and led a small team through a Petrel evaluation for worldwide G&G operations use. I have continually focused on mentoring the teams new hire geologists in Luanda and Houston over: well maturation techniques, reserves booking support, MRWO identification workflows, static model building theory and application, seismic interpretation, and subsurface hazard assessment identification.• Generated 2 leads (each 200+ MMBOE OIP) and designed plan to test from existing facilities• Recognized uphole behind pipe potential of formation in currently producing field• Planned, geosteered, and executed three sinusoidal producers, one sinusoidal injector and one pilot fishbone producer (programs resulted in $100MM+ spend, 7 laterals - 5 ribs, and 48,000+ feet of drilled open hole); planning additional well packages ($100MM+, 3 producers, and 1 water injector that exceed economic decision threshold)• Managed internal reservoir modeling and seismic migration projects; ensured a 95%+ spend of $2.0+ MM budget 2 years running• Designed a staffing plan to address a lack of geosteering personnel, coordinated development of a geosteering course to fill critical gaps, and mentored newly formed team• Charged with estimating recoverable volumes and providing geologic context and information for major capital, polymer flood-enhanced oil recovery project

Focused on pre-salt and post-salt mapping, prospect evaluation, preparing assets packages for farm-out/down, completing technical evaluations for internal reviews, and competitor analysis.• Assisted in maturing the successful Anchor exploration prospect to drill ready status• Generated 20+ prospect leads in Garden Banks area, 5 prospects in Western Green Canyon area and 2 prospects in Mississippi Canyon; I have interpreted both 2D and 3D seismic data in time / depth over Green Canyon, Garden Banks, Mississippi Canyon, and Atwater Valley Protraction areas. I am comfortable integrating arbitrary lines and tilted arbitrary planes into the standard interpretation workflow in order to enhance resolution • Successfully employed an interactive migration software when interpreting near complex salt geometries with multiple potential interpretations• Identified acreage to trade or acquire, participated in 7 ORRI exchanges with multiple partners, and provided geologic and decision analysis that put company in majority position on 2 key prospects; prepared scoping economics for both individual prospects and trends with both Landman and Decision Analyst• Tracked competitor activity, prepared technical evaluations of drilled prospects, and presented regional drilling trends to internal decision board for Green Canyon, Atwater Valley, and Walker Ridge protraction areas• Actively staffed organization as Recruiting Coordinator by targeting and onboarding 6 new and 2 experienced hires

Focused on three reservoir types 1) coal bed methane (CBM) 2) tight gas and 3) conventional reservoirs. This position grounded me with a working knowledge of onshore development work, decline curve analysis, facilities engineering concepts, production engineering concepts, general well work techniques, and the regulatory challenges associated with working in environmentally sensitive areas. I was able to monetize on these early career experiences by leading a Lean Sigma project (Green Belt) team that reduced surveying costs and designed an web based Geospatial database.• Performed geologic mapping, well log analysis, and reserves assessment for unconventional coal bed methane (CBM), tight gas reservoirs and conventional assets• Drilled 7 CBM wells and executed 15+ recompletions, drilled 9 tight gas wells and 20+ recompletions, and drilled/converted 2 water disposal wells (totaling $40MM+ CAPEX)• Tested methods to increase production from new drills and recompletions: micro seismic analysis, acid jobs, oriented hydraulic fracturing, limited entry perforations, coal caving, etc.• Led project to review company land positions (legacy and heritage), high graded acreage and recommended divestiture/swaps; efforts generated 79 new drill prospect leads• Represented company as expert witness during county hearings, public meetings, and tribal meetings over drilling, environmental protection, and water disposalFeatured on Fortune 500 - Faces of the Future

Geotech: Learned first hand what it is like to work in a "one-person" shop. Aided in log evaluation and subsurface mapping, and preparation for unitization hearings. While completing my M.S. in Geology I worked for a local Oil and Gas company as a GeoTech. This experience helped me understand how a smaller company function and flourishes. During my time with Rainier, I assisted in providing geotechnical support that led to a field discovery (Berzas field). My position focused on helping the Owner is prospect generation and maturation by generating base-maps, providing structure mapping support, pulling well files from the log library, and generating high quality aesthetically pleasing graphic displays. In addition to supporting the Owner’s prospect generation efforts, I spent an equal amount of time supporting the State Unitization hearings (preparing maps, cross sections, reviewing documents, and holding mock debates).
