Enthusiasm, loyalty, commitment and respect for the commitments made. I worked with Geoffroy Caro for 8 years while we were at METRO GROUP. He was first of all the main player in the development of professional non-food within France and then other subsidiaries and he was a driving force in the move upmarket of Food. It was he who was the first to initiate the major trade fairs which later enabled us to access the Bocuse d'Or within the framework of international trade fairs. Geoffroy has a strong force of conviction, both with his teams and with his hierarchy, and he has an understanding of the relationship. He has a broad vision and a culture of international markets.

Asier Barcena Bollar

Great leader and still after 15 year incredible memories and learnings from Geoffroys management skills!!!
