The Demand Plan output is a highly detailed plan forecasting all £1.25bn of NHS commissioned Secondary care across Sussex.Worked on both regular and project work, including management of junior and senior analysts.Regular and ad-hoc included analysis of data including system modelling, forecasting, and data validation.Designing reporting tools for internal and external customers. Migrated existing Excel based tools to SQL / SSRS environment saving hundreds of hours of processing time. Trained 20+ colleagues to use SQLApplied Continuous Improvement techniques to the analysis and reporting of 18 Weeks, reducing the task from a full time post to 2 hours of processing per month plus self-service reports
