About: Vertex Group is an IT company specialising in providing Infrastructure, Security, Marketing, IT, and Healthcare IT (RIS, Billing, and PACS) solutions to South African, and African institutions. The company produces an in-house RIS and Billing solution, integrating into any 3rd party imaging (PACS) system. Work Overview: • Lead a team of IT specialists who carry out and support all company RIS and PACS implementations nationwide • Drive product and infrastructure improvement through workflow analysis, from technical implementation to end-user results, and via the use of new industry technologies • Develop standards to improve system implementation efficiency, and accuracy • Develop standards to improve system support and stability through the use of scripting and 3rd party applications • Provide specialist support for all customers • Provide mentoring and support to all services staff • Provide pre-sales and sales support and advise • Develop systems designs for new systems and system upgrades • Manage the services relationship between Vertex and its PACS partners Show less
