      In this role you have to be a well organised person, with so many issues that pop up from all different areas from internal to external. As part of the leadership Group - work with Accounts and Centre General Manager in preparing the yearly Repair and Maintenance Budget and to make sure we stick to it. Example of my Duties: - Accounts - (Invoicing AX), Suppliers, ordering stock, stationary, Consumables, Branch Stock takes. - Feedback Reporting - With Centre Manager - On Road, Customer Care, NPS, Reworks etc. - Motor home Convoys - Facilitation and organisation of key operational Staff. - Mighway Branch Contact for Customers and Private owners. - Customer Service Assistance for Front of House and Staff Training. - VIP Customers – Personally Check Motorhome to make sure all is correct and clean and offer any help that may be required, improving their holiday. - Staff and Event Organisation - Uniforms, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Branch Functions, Staff Social Club. - Work with our Local Charity - Christchurch City Mission (which I set up) – Customers leave behind their unwanted food and clothing / linen. RV Super Centre Chch also gave City Mission 9 Pallets of Living Kitchen Equipment – which were no longer required. - Set up deals that will benefit our Branch and Company. - Marketing / Public Relations - which also include Industry Functions. - Branches Health and Safety – through Branch Audits / Safety inspections, H & S Committee, Risk Management Committee - Looking after the Environment Management for our branch - by implementing biodegradable products wherever possible.
