Here, I successfully assisted with the visualisation from concept to implementation of a new small business-focused website, user experience testing, content creation and increased the overall satisfaction score and NPS scores, acting as the only representative from the UK with decision making capability whilst acting as the ongoing Product Manager. I was actively requested to increase the UPS’ review score on Trustpilot by the European Director, I took over to lead the contract negotiation/finalisation, IT integration and review invite strategy and execution. Whilst working here, I played a key role as a Leader for the communications team over the COVID-19 pandemic, leading the team and driving the digital strategy, public relations (secured 54 pieces of positive coverage including The Sun NHS partnership, Enterprise Nation Webinar, during the period we saw 163k, 148k & 23K Monthly Unique users (MUU)), as well as crisis management and social strategy. As part of my role, I developed and chaired the churn committee to reduce churn, implementing a customer-centric program to maintain focus on supporting customers through Covid-19 and beyond (the Covid-19 specific edition saved £1million in revenue by fast-tracking approval process for extended payment terms, additional operational support and more. I also gained recognition for solely managing UPS UK's first sports sponsorship deal in more than 5 years as official logistics partner for the inaugural RugbyX competition at London’s O2 arena, this included terms negotiation, operational oversight, marketing strategy and execution resulting in a great return on investment. Whilst working as a Sales Operations Manager, I championed a team of 9 direct and indirect reports and thrived as the “right-hand man” of the Sales Director, overseeing strategic direction and exceeding organisational objectives. I successfully maintained a key focus on supporting the Sales Management Teams in executing the 2018 business expectations through Initiatives, competitions, recognition, reporting and competitive information. I held full responsibility for sales reporting, communications, organising and oversaw a “football” sales competition that resulted in an increase in sales YoY for the same period. I also chaired a monthly growth committee, changing the focus to looking towards future goals and oversaw high profile win analysis and updates. Show less

My role as UPS Ltd. saw me spearhead new business sales and effective territory management, driving value selling for the UPS portfolio of products. I was personally tasked with managing relationships between customers, UPS and its operations and sourcing numerous opportunities for UPS partnership growth within existing customers. I actively completed both Sales Accelerator and Corporate Visions’ Situational Sales Negotiation training which led to the promotion of Team Champion for Salesforce integration to UPS. Whilst working in this role, I successfully exceeded the sales plan target in the first year, achieved results of 106% which exceeded expectations. Show less

Jun 2015 - Sep 2015
As part of my role here, I acted as the Client, Supplier and Contractor Companies Account Manager, increasing profits by 10% per sale from one client after renegotiation of pricing and fees. I was able to streamline reporting processes for myself and team creating a one-hour time saving each week, this was for internal and external stakeholders. I also redesigned more efficient stock reporting spreadsheets resulting in easier to read stock levels for clients, ensuring that all organisational objectives were met and achieved. Whilst working here, I was required to project manage the launch of two new sales campaigns for Make-A-Wish New Zealand, resulting in approximately $1 million in additional revenue for them on the previous year. This role was key for me, I mentored, trained and managed a team of eight direct reports and oversaw the account management of top clients. I ensured the commercial alignment of customer needs with Bartercard for increased revenue, creating strategic plans for clients and team resulting in achieving 2014 – 2015 annual revenue targets within the third quarter. Throughout my role, I drove team members to achieve targets through my management of KPI’s, overhauling the client portfolios and executed a client segmentation and location reshuffle resulting in time, travel and cost efficiencies for the company, saving roughly 30% per employee per month. I successfully improved leadership skills by completing the Human Synergistics Leadership Course and oversaw sales forecasting, goal setting and performance reporting for all accounts. This role also saw me implement a strategic project and plan to grow the hospitality industry with Bartercard from trading $500,000 to over $5million within the next 5 years. Show less
