After having spent many years seeking treatment for a sore back, sore hip and having limited range of movements I was advised to seek an Exercise Physiologist. I then came across Geoff Loomes and my journey of recovery began. It has been 6 months and in this time Geoff seeked to understand my physical shortcomings early on in the piece and on a weekly basis I would train under his guidance and wisdom. What Geoff has done for me is remove my dependence to seeking treatment and worked on fixing the root of the problem. I am now stronger than ever and feel empowered by what I have learnt.
