I worked with Geoff for over two years whilst he was with Spark, and we have maintained a great working relationship since. I found Geoff to be very knowledgable in his market, and innovative in his work methods. His ability to devise new work methods and implement them are refreshing. All our staff who engaged with Geoff always had a positive experience. I found it a breath of fresh air that Geoff constantly looked for feedback from me, as to how his organisation and staff could improve what they were doing to make the relationship / business transactions smoother. When dealing with people who worked for and with Geoff, they always speak very highly of him. He genuinely cares about people and making sure they are motivated in what they are doing, and spent a lot of his time training and developing his staff. If you happen to have dealings with him, I'm sure there will be a positive outcome.
