I've had the pleasure of knowing Geoff for several years now. Both as a direct report and via the Channel community. He has been a part of my direct sales team for the past year. In that time, he has always exhibited a great command and control of his business. Having worked for several years prior in the VAR space, he understands and empathizes with his partner community, as such he quickly has become a trusted resource amongst them. Also worth mentioning, Geoff is the epitome of a relationship sales rep. He builds great champions both inside the boardroom, and outside in social activity. Sometimes, when transitioning from Partner Community to OEM, individual reps have a hard time in their ramp period because of the difference in how business is approached. Geoff suffered through none of this. The day he showed up, he picked up the phone and started working through our CRM tool to prospect new deals and introduce himself to our existing customers.
