Over the several years that I've known Gent, he has proven himself to be a skilled communicator and a generous collaborator. He's found ways to save us time and money, and opened my eyes with his depth of knowledge and experience. I think he makes a significant contribution to any team he joins.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gent on multiple political campaigns at the municipal, provincial, and federal level. Together we were part of a team that developed online communication strategies and content for websites and social media. Gent has a great ability to identify target audiences and use social media as a tool for reaching the right people. He is very knowledgeable about using analytics to adjust and guide a marketing initiative as it is underway. He is also a highly-skilled photographer. His work shows a great connection between the subject and the message needing to be conveyed. Quality images play an important part in keeping online content fresh and authentic, and Gent’s work was essential to create the graphics for our campaigns. I’ve also enjoyed seeing his work featured on the banners displayed throughout the city! Our paths have also crossed in the heritage sector of Richmond and Steveston. Gent’s commitment to preserving historic sites and encouraging heritage-focused projects is commendable, and I have appreciated his work with the Richmond Heritage Commission. If you're looking for a great team player who is thoughtful and experienced, then Gent is the one you are looking for!

I am supporting stakeholder efforts to inform Accessibility Standards Canada of proposed recruitment and retention practices that support the new federal accessibility legislation. This team is developing these recommendations so federally-regulated employers can follow in order to identify, remove, and prevent barriers to employment for more than 6 million people with disabilities in Canada.
