Starting in the Gaspard project, one of the newest and ambitious Natixis projects I was chosen to lead the development of the new GUI element. From the Dashboard to the main screens we display the synthesis data to help the business perform analytical studies of the info gathered from the different applications used by the company. The technologies used were .Net Framework using C# language and connections to a SQL Server database features like tables, stored procedures, and others. Some DevExpress components were added to add a better-looking appearance to the final product. We integrated our development momentary into the eMatch framework, the tool used previously by the company, to take advantage of many useful libraries. In this project, we also adopted the MVP (Model-View-Presenter) design pattern to our philosophy to get a more robust code and easy to test using Unit Tests and moreover, to ease the decision to migrate sooner to modern Front-End technology like Blazor and DotNet MAUI. I started in Natixis in Portugal as part of the eMatch project on the Maintenance & Support side. The goal of this project is to do the reconciliation of all the data coming from different applications inside Natixis. Since the data is an essential part to work in eMatch, the database Sybase is the main tool to use on the daily basis. After a whole year of M&S, I've gained a lot of knowledge about the project and how it works, and then I moved to be part of the Desembrication Madonne project of eMatch. The main goal was to change the way the data was retrieved from the Madonne application since its evolution. Some technologies like Kafka were introduced during this process. In this position, I was involved in the main project named SIGA that was the software responsible for all the business transactions like Invoicing, Production, Accounting, etc. Also, this company had a Sales software that was available to all its vendors spread all over the country. I was responsible for developing new functionalities and problem-solving for both software. The main tools of this project were VB .Net and Oracle Database, Reports and Form.
