Working with the younger students and their family's and ensuring each persons pastoral needs are met are paramount to the way I build effective communication, individualised learning plans and ensure success for everyone involved. Our aim is to create opportunities for gifted children to be taught and cared for in an environment that allows them to achieve socially emotionally and academically. The Centre operates on the basis of 'Gifted First' - this is a strengths-based view of catering for gifted learners that does not exclude anyone on the basis of any coincidental learning, physical or health challenge. Each student will enjoy a Personalised Learning Pathway (PLP), tailored to their particular needs.
