Key Responsibilities included: - Delivering high quality consulting services across the Core Product suite with a primary focus on Raiser's Edge NXT, Omatic Software and Blackbaud Merchant Services - Taking the lead in the delivery of Managed Services as both Engagement Manager and Primary consultant to key clients in both the CRM and Core teams.
