Now the tool is in its second year with close to 200 users (account executives) in Texas and Illinois. * Developed an Excel-based application to summarize and chart daily updatable status reports (from production database downloads) for work-in-process client accounts. * Developed an Excel-based application that allows creation and maintenance of emulated dynamic PDF documents (this is after the initial design team proved in their 4-months effort the Adobe LiveCycle Designer not equal to the task). One dynamic document can reduce the resultant PDF document’s page count by up to 90% as compared to an equivalent set of static documents. One dynamic document eliminates multiple stand-alone static document templates. Now there is only one template per state per year to cover the full document complexity of BCBSIL’s health plans Business Plan Agreements with their group clients. In the summer of 2014, enhanced UI and functionality for the 2015 version (the third one) of the tool. * Developed an Access (front end)/SQL Server (back end) application for daily maintenance and management of client accounts with three tiers of user access/functionality levels.
