Involved in all aspect of Commercial Real Estate including acquisitions, development, tenant relations, zoning and government official relations. Management responsibility including placement and follow up with Attorneys. Daily input with outside brokerage, accounting staff, development team, architects and engineers. Intricately involved in the redevelopment of over 7,000,000 square feet of former industrial buildings including brown fields projects. Regaining these properties into income producing properties with uses including retail, recreational facilities, expo centers and more traditional uses such as warehouse, office and manufacturing.
