Started out in 1996 as 3rd shift printer technician. Then promoted to 2nd shift printer technician, at which time I learned how to maintain and troubleshoot mail insertion equipment. Was then promoted to the lead technician position for the company. Further promoted 7 years ago to Manager of the technical services department, and then to facilities manager. Started out in 1996 as 3rd shift printer technician. Then promoted to 2nd shift printer technician, at which time I learned how to maintain and troubleshoot mail insertion equipment.
