Gemma is that rare thing — talented as a practitioner and leader, understanding the big picture and the detail, the vision and the day-to-day, the relationships and 'the work'. Much of this is thanks to her infectious energy, her ability to really listen, her down to earth nature, her sense of fun and sense of humour, and her ability to communicate with all sorts of people in all sorts of scenarios. It makes her great to work with and for.

Gemma is an absolute joy to work with as a freelance strategist. She managed to balance the perfect amount of guidance and direction (based on deep knowledge of the client) with allowing me the space and freedom to guide the project and ultimately the client. She works ferociously hard for her team and her clients. Hers is a no ego approach - super collegiate, fun and collaborative - backed with real subject matter expertise, strategist's craft and strong client relationships.
