Successfully achieved multiple promotions after starting here as a part time receptionist. Progressed to Duty Manager, Catering Manager, Assistant Manager before my final step up to Centre Manager where I was fully responsible for all aspects of the centre management and the 50 employees. Budget setting and control, P&L reporting, Social Media Marketing, GDPR, HR, Recruitment, Estates Management, H&S and all staff training being some of the key aspects of this varied role. During my time here, I successfully project managed a £0.5m resurface of the ski slope, installed by myself and my team over the 5 months. Following this, I successfully built up the ski business lost though the decline of the slope, including large race teams such as British Ski Academy.
