I was employed to redevelop collateral for the new CRM strategy using newly created brand guidelines. This role involved advising best practices and working collaboratively to deliver a bespoke solution. I undertook responsive asset build via email HTML layout, and utilisation & integration of online tools & in-house systems. The end product: modular-based designs which can be purposed easily through front-end tools and used across all business-customer communications. I was also re-engaged at a later date for additional work.

I began this corporate role as an online designer and was promoted to Senior Online Designer for the last year I was an employee. The work also encompassed brands Student Flights, Escape Travel, Travel Associates and Quickbeds, in addition to Flight Centre. The tasks and responsibilities this role involved were team management, project management, proofing, task delegation & management, art direction, brand guidelines, as well as brand redesigns, online design, UX & UI design, HTML & CSS coding, Jquery innovation & integration, email newsletter design & coding, responsive design, microsites, interactive flash banners, social media application design, and international campaigns. During my tenure my team envisaged and created an online campaign which saw the largest revenue for any single day. I also worked on creating a video and microsite as part of a campaign in conjunction with Universal and the Bourne movie franchise, and was awarded the Best on Ground marketing award for my efforts in this project. I ultimately resigned as I relocated to Sydney.
