      Sounds Like Chaos is a radical, youth arts collective creating urgent, accessible, cultural interventions. Associate Artists at the Albany, our Lewisham based collective comprises of 12-25 year olds from diverse backgrounds. We create contemporary performance, develop new diverse arts leaders, employ and commission emerging artists through a unique co-creation methodology. Based at The Albany, Deptford, we have a thirteen-year track record, creating over twenty shows and experiences, performed at the Albany, The Barbican, Battersea Arts Centre, Southbank Centre, Traverse, Edinburgh and HOME, Manchester. During that time over 1500 young people have been involved with the company. Recent projects include Climate Home, part of We Are Lewisham, the Mayor's London Borough of Culture 2022 & new theatre production 'Dirt' - an exploration of belonging and environmental change through the eyes of young people from across Lewisham. - Shape and oversee Sounds Like Chaos's creative programme - Finding new routes for Sounds Like Chaos to realise its vision of supporting cultural and economic inclusion amongst young people and communities in South East London through collaborative working, cultural engagement, research and strategic influence - Agile project management to support creative process and ambition - Build, train and mentor emerging artists and creative teams Show less

The Agency is a leading national creative youth programme, working with young people to make their entrepreneurial ideas into a reality. The Agency is a Battersea Arts Centre and Contact programme devised in partnership with People’s Palace Projects, it is modelled on Agenica Redes Para Juventude in Brazil. The Agency Brent was set up in partnership with Battersea Arts Centre, Contact, People's Palace Projects, Kiln Theatre the GLA and Brent 2020. Show less
