Gemma was fantastic to work with and I hope I get the chance to collaborate with her again soon. She's always keen to dive in and try to find a solution for any given user experience issue, coming up with plenty of ideas of her own, while being receptive to feedback. Gemma is one of the few junior IAs that I’ve met that can truly hit the ground running. Gemma has a voracious appetite for learning about everything. She immediately understands very complex concepts and her inquisitive and very analytical mind often leads her to insights and solutions way beyond her years. Gemma is a wizard with Axure, a professional in Omnigraffle and can competently turn her hand to Indesign, Photoshop etc. Her deliverables are always beautifully presented, well laid out and of a high quality despite the rate as which she can churn them out. I feel honoured to have been able to pass on some of my experience to Gemma. She is a natural born leader and I look forward to watching her career flourish.

      Working with one of our largest clients Dimension Data, a global IT services company, I’ve led the UX on two major internal applications. Both included requirements gathering with audiences across the world, utilising the power of the internet to remote test existing portals and prototypes. We delivered prioritised backlogs, prototypes and designs that meet the evolving needs of the political workplace at Dimension Data. Alongside these projects I created a new solution for Mitchells & Butlers to allow customers at their chain O’Neills to order food to their table.
