I worked with Gemma at ASC Profiles and during that time very much enjoyed having her as my leader. Gemma is smart, focused and always has the best interest of her employees driving her decisions. She is also extremely supportive of her team members and worked very hard to make sure that I felt supported as an employee. Gemma definitely is a business-minded HR professional and makes sure that she understands the impact of the HR department's decisions on the rest of the business. This understanding makes her a very valuable strategic HR partner.

Gemma is a high-energy, competent HR leader, with significant experience in change management, employee engagement, and workplace negotiations. I have had the pleasure of working with her for almost 2 years, when she was global VP HR at BlueScope. Hands-on, pragmatic, passionate, she is a great thinker but also a superb executer. I would recommend Gemma to any organization.
