Leading and motivating the Graduate Ambassador Team at the University of Worcester. The Graduate Ambassadors at the University of Worcester are a team of circa 15 including recent graduates plus a coordinator and are responsible for school and college based recruitment activity.As well as leading and motivating a substantial team of graduates, many of whom are in their first full time job following graduation, the role involves developing and maintaining relationships with schools, colleges and other selected partners to ensure that the work carried out by the team is aligned with university strategy. Maintaining and developing a full programme of targeted schools liaison activity is at the forefront of this role and I am also responsible for promotion of our offer through digital activity.
