Gemma is fantastic at bringing the team together and ensuring we’re all aligned and focused on our goals. She always shares everything she knows so that we’re all well informed, and she constantly communicates with us all, and keeps us all on track to hit our goals. Whilst she’s brilliant at the above, she always brings a sense of humour and so much fun to any team she works on. Every meeting we have is always filled with laughter - she keeps the team in such high spirits, whilst making us all feel motivated to do the best job we can. Whilst working on her team we consistently delivered so much value for our customers and stakeholders, which is something we were all super proud of. I’ll truly miss working Gemma, anyone that works with her is extremely lucky!
