We worked together for approx 5 years where Gemma managed the service in which I worked with her. I found her to be knowledgeable, passionate and committed to her work & she has an attitude that motivates & inspires colleagues. She gives 100% to what is expected of her, is not distracted or persuaded to take an alternative route from the one she firmly believes in - which she has the skill to always makes work. The team always felt safe and supported with Gemma leading the way & I would happily work with her again at any point in the future.

Gemma was my manager for most of my time at Turning Point, and she helped to make my work there enjoyable and rewarding. Gemma is both a great manager and an inspiring leader, she never seemed to run out of energy and inspiration in providing a clear vision for continually improving services, and the drive and know-how to make it happen. She was able to share her vision with the individuals teams she managed in ways that were powerfully engaging and led to consistent results.
