  This job was seasonal work which would normally start from November run until the end of February. i started my first season as an ice marshal ensuring that customers were safe on ice. Then shortly working my way up to Duty Manager where i had a team of 35 under me that were of all ages and had to brief the team on the daily running and the goals for the day along with delegating their roles. The Role was very vast ensuring behind house equipment was constantly being monitored and documented.
