  I am Head Coach of Singapore National Men’s Team. The Singapore team is comprised of a rich blend of exciting youth and experience which are both talented and disciplined. I manage our development and performance strategies. As a management team, we regular encounter significant and unique challenges. Overcoming these whilst facilitating and promoting high performance has developed my resilience and resourcefulness as a leader. I have also developed an acute sense of how environmental factors contribute towards the momentum of any chosen direction. Overall, I am growing as a coach, and learning the art of player management and mentorship. The weight of responsibility that comes with my role, knowing that I will remain accountable can be daunting, however I believe it is a privilege that not many have and I am determined to work with integrity whilst always refining and trusting the process. My coaching team is small in number, but big in ambition and mind-set. They are highly competent, experienced and skilled but most importantly, sincere to their purpose. It has been an absolute privilege to represent Pakistan at National level which I will always cherish. I have become more self sufficient as a result and have exercised good leadership qualiites throughout my two years in Pakistan.
