       Assist with AJCC workshops providing information related to eligibility for WIOA programs and services under all funding titles.  Present program information and recruitment materials to community partners and prospective clients.  Maintain a caseload of Youth clients, as determined by the Youth Program Manager.  Refer customers to other appropriate community resources available.  Participate as a member of the integrated Rapid Response team for closures.       Correspond with coordinators at both Telepsychiatry and Telebehavioral clinics to confirm schedules for the following day. · Every morning check for medication refills, emails, faxes or calls from patients. (This may require follow ups, emergency refills or clarification). · Distribute all progress notes to patients clinic. · Ending clinic days, enter each patient transaction into Medisoft (Electronic Medical Records) · Manage clinics, provide logistical or IT support throughout entire clinic as needed through the day. · Distribute Telebehavioral SOAP notes to appropriate clinics, scan them into EMR (electronic medical records), attach to appropriate patient profile, create follow up appointments for patients based on notes, then communicate new appointments to coordinators and confirm each accordingly. · Ongoing Polycom training and testing is required to maintain reliable video connections with clinics. If a clinic or individual is having difficulty testing, assist the coordinator or work with their IT in order to troubleshoot the problem. If the problem persists, escalate to IT team for further investigation.
