Attended FAA SMS training at FAA.-Designed and created a new Publications department and manuals system (based on the Standard Practice System) including a comprehensive database that tied all company manuals together in one system.-Directed the Manager of Dispatch in worldwide operations. -Managed Flight Operations in support of the US Department of Defense/Air Mobility Command and US Department of State in Iraq and Afghanistan. Developed Operations Specifications for flights to Iraq and Afghanistan as well as the associated coordination with Department of State, Department of Defense, and United Nations Security Council. Personally operated first civilian flights into Baghdad and Kabul during Operation Enduring Freedom.
