UnLtd India incubates early-stage social entrepreneurs in India to bring their ideas to life. The Incubation Program provides one-on-one coaching, access to mentors and funders, and peer learning. Apart from coaching change-makers in organisation development, I also mentor organisations in drafting their Theory of Change and creating MEL frameworks. Additionally, I'm setting up an end-to-end CRM to streamline selection of cohort, program delivery, impact - M&E, engagement and other operations at UnLtd India.

Atma is an Accelerator for Education NGOs that supports partner organisations pan India, and provides guidance in creating strategy, fundraising, evaluating impact, recruiting suitable candidates and other key organisation development areas. I managed the pilot offering of Atma's Remote Accelerator Program. I also streamlined Atma Network's offerings and enhanced outreach through moderated webinars increasing NGO registrations on Atma Network by 60% during my time at Atma. Head of Programming - Live Action

Kinsane is a global digital entertainment company focused on creating content for 2 to 15 year-olds and families. The company creates and distributes engaging videos and games with captivating universes and characters some of which are poised to become iconic brands. I was the Head of Programming for Live Action shows; conceptualising and producing hundreds of episodes. I hired and managed internal teams as well as external production studios to execute planning, production and delivery within allocated budget and timelines.

In the capacity of the Producer-Director, I lead and managed a crew of 55 people during pre-production, production, post-production & visual effects management. Marketed the film online resulting in selection at over a dozen international and domestic film festivals across India, Romania, Spain (Madrid), USA (Washington & New York), and Germany (Berlin). The film won the Best Director award at Kolkata Shorts International Film Festival. Founding Head of Academics for one of India’s leading film, animation & media institutes. Managed relationships with state universities and education department bodies for getting accreditation, thereby establishing ACFM as the first college in India to offer degrees in film, media, & animation. Managed a team of 60 professionals, overseeing an annual budget of 5 crores. Oversaw curriculum design, hiring and capacity building of faculty members, setting up of production facilities and studios for student productions, and helmed international student exchange programs with Northwestern (USA), Ryerson (Canada) and Swinburne (Australia). Formulated a 360 degree feedback process for students, faculty and staff in order to encourage constant improvement.

Institute for Creative Excellence is an education / vocational training initiative of Balaji Telefilms and Motion pictures. I have laid the foundation of the Scriptwriting Department for this chain of schools. I designed the entire syllabus for the course and wrote a course-book on fundamentals of screenwriting, which is being followed in all ICE centers across the country. I also oversaw scripting and development for over 150 short films produced at ICE during my tenure. WWI is a film and media school founded by Mukta Arts (Subhash Ghai). I was in-charge of student productions, and controlled an annual production budget of Rs. 3 Crore. I managed partnerships between WWI and Kodak, Prasad Lab, Adlabs, Pixion, Prime Focus, Ramoji Rao Studio (Hyderabad) etc. for aiding student projects with shoot equipment, film stock and post-production infrastructure.
