  Consultant for Sales and Marketing IREO Private Company; IREO; Real Estates(6 year old company) Work Duration :2012-2016(4 years) I was accountable for the marketing of the elite 7 star club of the internatinally reowned boutique hospitality group The Banyan Tree Club whoise construction has just started in 2015 . This required connecting with people from different walks of lives. Selling a Club membership requires special skills as you have to explore the interests of people and usually this involves a lot of convincing skills - a pre-requisite for marketing. Achievement : sold around 200 memberships (each membership was for Rs.5 lacs) sold approximately 45-50 memberships delivered business worth 10 cr i was instrumental in materializing property deals worth 17cr. MARKETING While selling Club Memberships for the Banyan Tree Club was part of my job, I walked the extra mile to organise various events for the IREO Group on the whole. I used my creative skills to get people together at various forums by organising events such as Art Shows,Wine N Cheese evenings, Dog Shows at a national level, Kite Flying, etc. I was also instrumental in introducing Polo to Punjab after a gap of nearly 100 years. I worked closely with team of 12 people and successfully coordinated with the teams of other departments. I was accountable to the VP, The President of the company for my duties assigned.
