RM / FC Ordering and issuing based on the weekly plant requirements and manage RM / FC deliveries from suppliers on weekly basis. Complete daily GRN process , clear open PO on weekly basis , maintain RM / FC issuing report timely and accurate update of issuance in SAP system. Request PR based on the requirements , share POs with suppliers by monitoring RM stability on weekly basis and secure the RM stability to avoid RM / FC delays. Share month end RM / FC actual usage with finance team and local plants on monthly basis. Conduct regular safety observation tour and periodical review of department specific health and safety KPI. Ensure that the environment , safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to whilst actively contributing towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside the organization.
