Geeta possesses an exceptional talent—or even magic—when it comes to wordsmithing. Her ability to harness spoken and written word to engage a crowd or pitch an idea is so uniquely memorable that one can’t help but lend an ear as soon as she begins to speak. Her thirst for knowledge and love of history is evident when she presents making her a wellspring of fascinating stories and thought-provoking perspectives. Throughout our time at the Seattle Central Creative Academy, Geeta and I worked together on a number of occasions. Without fail, she was diligent, driven and truly invested in the process and her team. She brings levity, enormous heart, and a bottomless well of energy to any team dynamic, which often left me in awe. Geeta is truly a delight and would be an asset to any team.

As an instructor, I come into contact with many emerging designers—and when it comes to drive, multi-faceted intelligence, and innate creativity, Geeta Savashivan is exceptional. I had Geeta as a student at Seattle Central Creative Academy and I was struck by how versatile her talent is; she can illustrate, she can do editorial layout, she can write (!), and she tackles new software with assurance. Other valuable qualities I saw in Geeta included how engaged she was with the class, and how good she was at developing her design solutions—she’s just a naturally energetic and organized person. For example, if an assignment asks for three, well-thought-out concepts for the next day? Geeta will do it. Finally, while always staying high integrity and true to herself, Geeta is great to her classmates and helpful to her instructors. You can’t ask for more. So I’m delighted to recommend Geeta highly, I easily see her being successful in a multitude of roles.
