Ik dacht dat ik al best wat wist over (vegan) voeding en beweging, maar Geertje heeft veel kennis op het gebied van voeding, beweging, slaap en (belemmerende) overtuigingen die je kunt hebben. Zij heeft mij het totale beeld van een gezonde levensstijl laten zien. Met scherpe vragen, goed luisteren en leuke challenges wist Geertje mij steeds weer te motiveren om aan mijn doelstelling te blijven werken om drie kilo af te vallen en sterker te worden. Nu ik dat heb bereikt, weet ik bovendien zelf hoe ik mijn voedingspatroon en levensstijl evenwichtig kan houden, zodat ik vitaal de vijftig door kan gaan!
