Our role as Certified Scaling Up Business Coaches is to: • Identify where your business is at within the business growth lifecycles; • Diagnose and address the struggles and drama within the leadership team and the business; • Define clear accountabilities and structure for the business; • Clarify the purpose, vision and from there, define a clear, differentiated and simple strategy; • Clear the drama from execution within the business with priorities, meeting rhythms and metrics; • Accelerate cash flow and identify new sources of revenue to fund growth. We run Growth Workshops and Growth Programs Growth Workshops Structured education and coaching over 1 or two days in the “Scaling Up” tools and techniques which results in a draft strategic plan and actionable output around people, teams, execution and cash. Growth Programs Ongoing month to month Scaling Up education, coaching and accountability in the “Scaling Up” tools and techniques. We implement the growth tools over time as appropriate to the challenges and growth stage of the business.
