Working with Ge over a three year period I was impressed with her unique project management, language and strategic skills. Ge helped me manage World Bank-GEF subsidy in REDP project. The job was done in a creative way with good understanding of the special need we had. It was clear that Ge's deep knowledge of these areas allowed us to get straight to the heart of the nub of the problem and focus all attention and resource on getting a solution, rather than going sideways. Good job - well done!
