      Working as Product Marketing Sr. Lead inside iFood's PMM Growth team I managed 2 analysts. We were responsible for tracking customers' behavior as they interact with select new products to provide insights into how to translate each product's value proposition to customer segments. This requires a near-real time view into the performance of different marketing funnels inside the iFood app as well as a deep understanding of the app's data pipeline in order to iterate quickly and provide actionable insights to other teams. Once each product has achieved a certain level of maturity (or failure) our team moves to a new product.       As of early 2019 my main attribution has been in business development, especially negotiating music licensing deals with local and international audio and video streaming services (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, TikTok), as well as negotiating Som Livre’s main digital distribution deal. At the same time, I was also charged with running our international licensing initiatives with partners from around the world for the rights in Som Livre’s sound recordings outside of Brazil. By mid-2020 I had started to manage the Market Intelligence team I had been a part of during my early years in the company, which produces a number of different dashboards and reports for the company’s different teams, making use of machine learning in connection with BI software for data collection and processing.Between mid-2016 and early-2019 I was completely focused in the development of a digital music distribution platform called Fluve which acts as an incubated start-up inside Som Livre, having access to some of the company’s resources (mainly finance, legal and marketing teams, with some support from the artists & repertoire team as well). Since then I’ve been charged with managing the relationship with Fluve’s key technology supplier, interfacing with Merlin and music services (e.g. Spotify, Deezer, Apple) (analyzing deal terms, making editorial pitches, etc) as well as communicating results and expectations to Som Livre’s top management, engaging stakeholders and managing expectations and prospecting new musical acts to our distribution services, with help from Som Livre’s talented A&R and publishing teams.
